Our acquisition fees depend on the property and potential profitability. Prior to us releasing the address to a home or making the connection to an owner/rep, 50% of the acquisition fee will be due. The remaining 50% will be due upon execution of the lease. If for any reason the deal does not go through, we will credit the initial 50% to a different property.
