Frequently Asked Questions
Our acquisition fees depend on the property and potential profitability. Prior to us releasing the address to a home or making the connection to an owner/rep, 50% of the acquisition fee will be due. The remaining 50% will be due upon execution of the lease. If for any reason the deal does not go through, we will credit the initial 50% to a different property.
As a member, you receive 25% off all fees for the first 2 months. Starting on month 3 you’ll begin receiving 50% off all fees. Want 50% off right away? You can sign up for a full year of membership up front (at a discounted rate) and immediately start receiving 50% off fees.
