In-depth STR comps are reports we create using local data to analyze the short-term rental potential of a property. This helps you make informed decisions about pricing and investment potential. This service costs $99, with discounts available for members.

If you are a standard user, you can only browse properties that have been listed on the LoCasa platform for 2 weeks or longer. If you want to view the address and contact info of any of the deals available to you, you’ll need to unlock the property for a fee. Members enjoy access to all properties, as well as discounted unlock fees depending on their plan.

Yes! Unless stated otherwise within the listing, every property on LoCasa has been thoroughly vetted and confirmed to allow short-term rentals with proper landlord approval. We remove the guesswork and ensure that the properties you view are available for STR.

Once you unlock a property’s details, the next step is up to you! You can tour the property, apply, directly negotiate with the owner or rep, then ultimately proceed with leasing or a rental arrangement. 

Exclusive and Premium members on a month-to-month plan can cancel their membership at any time with no long-term commitment. However, VIP members on a monthly plan are required to remain active for a minimum of 3 months before being eligible to cancel. After the 3-month commitment, VIP members can cancel at any time.
